The opponents for the 2006 Clemson football season have been announced. Non-conference games will include a road trip to Temple and home games against Louisiana Tech, Florida Atlantic and South Carolina. Conference road games include trips to Boston College, Florida State, Virginia Tech and Wake Forest (a 2nd consecutive trip to Winston-Salem to help balance out the ACC schedules.) ACC opponents visiting the Tigers are North Carolina, N.C. State, Maryland and Georgia Tech.
FAU and La. Tech were guaranteed $500,000 each.
